BBC2’s Something For The Weekend chef, Simon Rimmer and BBC presenter, Gregg Wallace will be helping to guide guests through food demonstrations and food tasting at rex resorts in St Lucia and Antigua from 2-10th March 2010.

BBC presenter Gregg Wallace, will be based in Antigua from the 2-3 of March and will be on hand to talk to guests about all the weird and wonderful Caribbean fruit and veg grown on the Island and how best to cook them, including tips on how to recreate these exotic dishes back in the UK.

BBC’s Simon Rimmer, will be travelling to St Lucia to treat guests at The Royal and St Lucian by rex resorts to food demonstrations to create dishes such as a ‘Salad of Caribbean Lobster’.
