St Lucian is the resort that has everything that the wedding party or honeymooning couple could ever need. A wonderfully relaxed hotel, St Lucian is located on the sands of Reduit Beach next to the Royal. By day, enjoy your own company by the sea or the pool, or take in some of the many sights of St Lucia. By night, choose from a selection of eight restaurants, lounges and bars at St Lucian or at either of its adjacent ‘sister’ hotels. Our Wedding Co-odinator will be on site and ready to take you round the hotel to find your dream wedding spot.

Wedding Package - Valid until 09 January 2009

Our wedding packages are fantastic value at US$500 and are a great alternative to the rising costs of getting married in the UK, with the added extras of a stunning location and hot weather.

The package includes the following:

•• Services of a wedding co-ordinator
•• One bottle of sparkling wine, one jug of fruit juice and a small selection of hors d’oeuvres
•• Sparkling breakfast or an à la carte dinner during stay
•• Wedding cake (single tier)
•• Bridal bouquet and groom's buttonhole
•• Bridal arch
•• Cocktail waitress to serve hors d’oeuvres and beverages
•• Bottle of sparkling wine & fruit in room on arrival.
•• Registrar, legal fees and officiant (ie. priest, minister, civil registrar)

Renewal of vows US $500 includes all items of wedding package less marriage license and certificate

NB: Please note Registrar and Legal fees DO NOT include expenses (ie. taxi fares to/from the Register Office)

Free Wedding Offer

This offer is great if you have a large group of guests or family with you to witness your special day. Book in a wedding party of 10 adults or more staying at least 7 nights and your wedding package is free!

(Free wedding package- hotel services and legal fees are waived. The offer will be valid until 03 January 2009, excluding peak periods of Christmas, New Year and Easter).

NB: Free Wedding Offer is NOT applicable to standard room category bookings.

Documentation Requirements

•• Passports and birth certificates
•• Original of proof of Decree Absolute for divorced clients
•• Original of death certificate for widowed clients, together with original marriage certificate
•• original proof for name changes by Deed Poll
•• Affidavit of Marital Status
•• For clients aged under 21 years, evidence of parental consent is required (an original affidavit by Notary Public)
•• Adoption papers where relevant

NB: Any relevant documentation should be translated into English and accompanied by the original
documents

Residency Requirements

•• Three full working day on the island is required before application to marry can be made to the
relevant authorities. The wedding co-ordinator can help with the application.
•• Weddings cannot take place at weekends or on public holidays, or in the sea

Optional Extras -

We also provide those added services of a photographer, hairdresser and steel band to make your day extra special. Our Wedding Co-ordinator on site will be happy to meet your requests.
