Itinerary:

Day 1 Tarangire

• Depart Arusha early afternoon and drive to Tarangire. This is a journey of about 3 hours with a game drive en route
• Dinner and overnight at Tarangire Sopa Lodge

Day 2 Serengeti

• An early morning game drive in Tarangire National Park followed by breakfast at the lodge
• Drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation area for lunch (on the crater rim)
• After lunch, continue to the Serengeti with game viewing en route
• Dinner and overnight stay at Serengeti Sopa Lodge

Day 3 Serengeti

• Morning and afternoon game drives in the Serengeti
• Dinner and overnight stay at Serengeti Sopa Lodge

Day 4 Ngorongoro

• Following an early morning game drive in the Serengeti continue to Naabi Hill for a picnic lunch. Naabi Hill is one of the gateways to The Serengeti.
• After lunch, visit Olduvai Gorge before driving on to the Ngorongoro Crater. Olduvai Gorge is an archaeological site where early human remains dating back over 2 million years, were discovered
• Dinner and overnight stay at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge

Day 5 Ngorongoro

• Morning game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater
• After lunch overlooking the crater, depart for the return journey to Arusha, arriving late afternoon
