veranda of a safari lodge, overlooking a watering hole
with panoramic views of the African savannah.
This package offers traditional dancers, the tranquillity
of natural surroundings with quality accommodation - a truly
romantic experience.
Ngutuni Lodge is situated on the edge of one of the world's
largest game sanctuaries, Tsavo East, yet is close enough
to Mombasa that we can offer a very special one night package
to add to your Kenyan beach holiday. Bedrooms at Ngutuni Lodge
are tastefully decorated each with a balcony perfect for undisturbed
game viewing.

Itinerary
This is an example of how your wedding could unfold:
Day 1
7.00 - Depart Mombasa for 2 hour transfer
to Ngutuni Lodge
9.30 - The bride and groom will be given
two separate rooms in opposite wings on either side of
the main restaurant. Time to relax, freshen up and dress
for the wedding.
11.30 - A group of traditional dancers
(male for the groom and female for the bride) lead them
to the area in the restaurant overlooking the waterhole,
where the wedding takes place.
After the registrar pronounces
you man and wife, you will cut your rich fruitcake. Relax
and enjoy champagne as the traditional dancers entertain
you.
Lunchtime - Lunch is served to
you at this wonderful viewpoint, and after lunch the dancers
will lead a procession back to your room.
15.00 - You will be taken on a private
game drive in Tsavo East National Park. The Park offers
the chance to see rhinos, elephants, lions, ostriches and
zebras in their natural habitat.
Dinner - You will be served dinner in the
lodge restaurant and then overnight at the lodge.
Day 2
After a late breakfast, check out of Ngutuni and
proceed on a game drive in the National Park en-route to
your Mombasa hotel.
You may wish to bring along your closest family and friends.
If you have a small party of up to four extra passengers
and you are happy for them to share your vehicle then the
supplementary price is $155 per person. This includes transfers
to and from Ngutuni lodge, accommodation on a FB basis
and the game drives detailed above and park entrance fees.
If you would prefer to have your guests in a separate vehicle,
the cost is $247 per additional passenger (minimum 4 persons
and maximum 7).
Lodge facilities include a reception area that opens into
the bar and restaurant with a long outside terrace offering
panoramic views. These public areas are all elevated and have
been designed in sympathy with the natural surroundings, with
wood floors, timber beams, wood and canvas furniture, and
a thatched roof. The lodge's peaceful surroundings will ensure
you remain relaxed througout your big day. After sunset, as
dinner is served in the restaurant, you can watch in excited
anticipation for the arrival of elephants and other animals
at the watering hole below you.
