A 2-night introduction to the Masai Mara, perfect for combining with a beach holiday at Papillon Lagoon Reef.
Itinerary:
Day 1: Masai Mara
- Leave Nairobi around 7am and drive to the Masai
Mara. This is a journey of approximately four
hours, time to enjoy the Kenyan landscape as city
gives way to bush.
- Arrive at Keekorok Lodge and have lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive
- Return to the Lodge for dinner and an overnight
stay
Day 2: Masai Mara
- Get up at 6.30am for an early morning game drive.
You will have time to grab a quick drink and snack
before your safari vehicle departs. The best time
to see wildlife is early morning and late afternoon.
In the middle part of the day animals tend to seek
shade and are less active, making game viewing more
difficult
- Return to the Lodge for a hearty breakfast followed by some rest and relaxation
- Afternoon game drive followed by dinner and an
overnight stay at the Lodge
Day 3: Nairobi
- After breakfast, our safari returns to Nairobi.
You will arrive around lunchtime, in time for onward
connections on to the coast or home
