Itinerary:
Day 1: Masai Mara
- Depart Nairobi around 7am and drive to the Masai Mara. This is a journey of around four hours, undertaken in your Rhino Safari vehicle, giving you a chance to take in the Kenyan landscape, and watch the transition from city to bush.
- Arrive at Mara Serena Lodge or similar and have lunch, followed by a late afternoon game drive
- Return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight stay
Day 2: Masai Mara
Day 3: Lake Nakuru
- After breakfast, the safari continues to Lake Nakuru Lodge, arriving in time for lunch
- Lunch is followed by an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park
- Return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight stay
Day 4: Mount Kenya
- After breakfast, we drive to Mount Kenya National Park, arriving at Serena Mountain Lodge for lunch
- The remainder of the afternoon and evening is spent watching game gathering at the waterhole and saltlick in front of the lodge
- Dinner and overnight at Serena Mountain Lodge
Day 5: Nairobi
- After breakfast, the safari returns to Nairobi. You will arrive around lunchtime, ready for onward connections to the coast or home
