General Information
• Demand for safaris can be very high, so we cannot guarantee which lodges will feature on your itinerary. If you want to specify your accommodation requirements, you may want to consider a tailor-made safari
• Wherever possible, we book rooms with private baths and/or showers throughout, based on two people sharing a double room. Single rooms are available at a supplementary cost, but neither single rooms nor rooms with a private bath and/or shower can be guaranteed, due to the high demand for safaris
• Your accommodation is booked on a full-board basis, so all of your meals are included. You will need to pay extra for drinks, laundry, tips and telephone calls.

Dining at the Lodges
• The safari lodges and camps offer a good choice of high quality cuisine, based on international tastes along side traditional East African flavours.
• Many of the lodges have themed nights where local dishes are prepared for guests to sample. These might include ugali, a dish of mashed maize, or nyama choma, a 'bush meat' dish featuring local game such as ostrich or zebra
• Kenya is renowned for its coffee, as well as its tea, so be sure to try these whenever possible
• Morning game drives usually set out at around 7am, giving you the opportunity to grab a very quick bite before you leave (breakfast at the lodges usually begins at 6.30am). On most itineraries you should arrive back at the lodge in time in time for a 'main' breakfast, if required
• Water is on sale at the lodges and you should take some with you each time you go out on a game drive.
• If you have any particular dietary requirements then please notify us beforehand so that the lodges can prepare your meals accordingly

Ngutuni Safari Lodge
Opened in 2002, Ngutuni Lodge is located in its own
private 10,000 acre game sanctuary. The Lodge’s
high makuti roofs keep the interior spaces cool, and
the main lounge is open on all sides to allowing panoramic
views of the bush. All of the guest rooms have private
balconies overlooking the busy waterhole and surrounding

Ziwani Tented Camp, Tsavo
Ziwani Tented Camp is located on the banks of the
Tsavo River, between Amboseli and Tsavo West, in the
shadow of Mount Kilimanjaro. The camp accommodates
up to 40 guests in private well furnished tents under
large thatched roofs. The tents, with their own shower
and bathroom facilities are spacious, and the verandahs
have a beautiful view of theTsavo River and surrounding
bush.

Ngulia Safari Lodge, Tsavo West
Ngulia Safari Lodge is situated on the edge of Ndawe
escarpment, offering a vast panorama of Tsavo's sweeping
plains. Lodge facilities include a swimming pool,
perfect for cooling off in the hottest part of the
day. After dark, the Lodge's floodlit waterhole allows
guests the chance to see nocturnal animals emerge
from the bush including leopards that are often seen
from the lodge.

Serena Kilaguni Safari Lodge, Tsavo West
Kilaguni was the first lodge to be built in a Kenyan
National Park and is only 100 metres from a busy waterhole.
The Lodge was designed to ensure that all of its public
and private rooms have magnificent views of Tsavo,
and the Lodge also has a pool and laundry facilities.
Recently acquired by the Serena Group, the lodge has
been fully refurbished.

Voi Safari Lodge, Tsavo East
Perched on the top of a cliff-faced hill, Voi Safari Lodge overlooks Tsavo East, extending as far as the Yatta Plateau. The three water holes sunk by the lodge, below the cliff, attract a variety of wildlife during the dry season. Covered tunnels lead to the water holes allowing for uninterrupted game viewing from the hides close to the water hole. All rooms are ensuite and the Lodge has a unique rock swimming pool.
Amboseli Serena Lodge, Amboseli
Amboseli Safari Lodge is located in the heart of Masai territory and its architecture and interiors have been designed to harmonise with the environment and represent the colourful Masai tribal culture. Big game roams freely around the Lodge, including 100-strong elephant herds. There is a also a beautiful swimming pool, shaded by giant acacia tress and fed daily by the melt waters of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Ol Tukai Lodge, Amboseli
Ol Tukai Lodge opened in 1996 and is located in the
heart of Amboseli. The lodge's architecture and construction
was designed to blend into the landscape. Cottage-style
accommodation spreads out on either side of the main
lodge and all rooms are ensuite. As the day heats
up guests can cool off in the acacia-shaded swimming
pool with its adjoining bar, whilst evenings bring
an opportunity to enjoy a show by Masai dancers or
sit quietly on your terrace and enjoy the sounds of
the African bush
